Our Mission & Purpose
Our mission is to strengthen NP and PA clinical education by building a clinician-led network that prioritizes quality training, thoughtful mentorship, and ethical access to clinical experiences.
Clinical education is the foundation of competent, confident healthcare providers. Yet too often, students struggle to find appropriate clinical placements, and educators feel unsupported or pressured into precepting without adequate structure or respect for their time.
We exist to change that.
Our network is designed to support clinicians who value teaching and mentorship while ensuring students are placed in environments where learning is meaningful, professional, and aligned with real-world practice.
Transparent Pricing
Clinical placement costs can vary based on specialty demand, geographic availability, and site-specific requirements. While many academic programs continue to charge full tuition during clinical semesters, students are often left to secure placements on their own — frequently with little guidance or support. Our role is to remove that burden. We provide personalized placement coordination, direct outreach to vetted preceptors, and full administrative support to help students avoid delays, failed placements, and last-minute scrambling. To keep the process transparent and accessible, our pricing is structured in two clear parts: a flat clinical search fee and, when applicable, a preceptor honorarium that is disclosed and approved in advance. We prioritize ethical placements, verified preceptors, and clear communication — so students always understand their options and costs before moving forward.
All students begin with a $549 Clinical Search & Outreach Fee. This fee allows us to begin active outreach and matching on your behalf.
What the $549 covers:
This fee is 100% refunded if we are unable to secure a placement for you.
Some preceptors request an honorarium for their time and participation in clinical teaching. Honorarium rates are set directly by the preceptor and may be hourly or flat-fee depending on the site.
Total cost = $549 + preceptor honorarium
